Here is a robot that uses vacuum adhesion technology to perform on non-ferrous surfaces. The VortexScanner is portable and can be used to inspect cooling towers, bridges, wind turbines, aircraft, boats, and everything in between. The unit can climb surfaces and has a wireless remote control.
