V60 4-Legged Robot Negotiating Unstructured Terrain without Vision or Sensors

Robotic Gizmos

There are plenty of smart quadrupedal robots that use smart sensors and vision to navigate unstructured areas. The GR Vision 60 is a foldable all-terrain robot that can adapt to rough terrains and traverse obstacles. This video shows it in blind-mode managing unstructured terrain without vision or force sensors in its legs.

Only high-transparency actuators and 2kHz algorithmic stability control were used to pull this off.
