This is PAL Robotics’ Kangaroo: an agile bipedal robot with 6DOF legs, weighing 40kg. It is designed to handle jumping and running well. It stands 1.45m tall. It runs Ubuntu and supports ROS. This research robot features low moving inertia in its legs. The below video shows it in action:
